Expected Impact: We are performing a firmware upgrade on the storage array that services your Exchange domain. All Services will be offline during the upgrade to ensure data integrity.

Action required: No action is required by our customers. Your services will come back online at the end of the upgrade. No data or inbound messages will be lost during this time, they will be stored on our mail relay servers until they can be delivered to your mailbox.

Scheduled Maintenance for S4D Server

Dear Customers of S4D Server,

Your server experienced a service failure recently resulting in the need for us to perform a reboot. As a result, we are scheduling maintenance to perform a manual file system check (FSCK) between the hours of  13:00 and 15:00 tomorrow afternoon to ensure there is not data corruption on the hard drives. We do not anticipate the scheduled outage taking more than a couple hours barring major problems being detected by the FSCK.

Emergency server maintenance

We will be performing emergency maintenance on all servers within in our fleet shortly. A reboot to the system is necessary in order to complete this task and as such each server may experience downtime ranging from 2 - 5 minutes. This may be extended for servers requiring an FSCK (File System Checking)due to extended uptime or the like. We will be working 10 machines at a time
