Unscheduled Security Maintenance across multiple servers

Multiple servers are experiencing connectivity issues with the web server (HTTP) due to high server load and this issue is being investigated at this moment.

High server load issues with the servers are primarily due to a network attack.

During this outage, your websites will not be available. All other services are online and available. We apologize for this inconvenience and we will continue providing updates as soon as possible.

We are noticing that Joomla sites are among many of the sites being attacked across our server fleet. We will be adding more countermeasures to mitigate these attacks.

Unscheduled Maintenance: Network Outrage

Dear Customer,

The network provider has detected an ongoing latency/loss issue with FCR01.DAL05, FCR02.DAL05, FCR01.SJC01, FCR01.HOU02 routers. Initial investigation shows it be related to a large number of BGP updates causing 100% CPU. Engineers are working towards a resolution and should have more information as soon as possible.

Central Email Server are back to normal

Dear Customer,

All mail related services should currently be returning to normal.

Our datacentre experienced a networking related issue that impacted both of the machines which serve NFS storage up to the central mail server cluster.

Everything is now returning to normal. The internet traffic for our mail servers are playing catch-up a little bit as they process the queues. No mail was lost during this outage, but you may experience some minor delays for the next hour.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, and we'll be investigating this issue further with our NOC to figure out why the networking issue occurred.
