Upcoming Sceduled Maintenance: Network fiber maintenance in Exchange Cloud data center Sunday, February 10, 2013

Dear Customer,

The Exchange Server datacentre will be performing maintenance on some of the fiber connections in the Exchange Cloud data center. We do not expect any down time during this maintenance, however at certain points during the maintenance some of the redundant server nodes may be off-line preventing our ability to fail over in the event of an emergency.

End:  Saturday, February 10, 2013 7PM SGT
Expected Downtime: 0 Minutes

Upcoming Maintenance: Network upgrade in Exchange Cloud Datacentre- Saturday, January 26, 2013

Dear Customer,

The Exchange Server datacentre will be performing upgrades to the core network devices in the Exchange Cloud Data-center, NJ1. During this maintenance all of the services that reside within this data-center will be in-accessible, all incoming email messages will be queued for delivery when the maintenance has finished.

Start: Saturday, January 26, 2013 3PM SGT
End:  Saturday, January 26, 2013 7PM SGT
Expected Downtime: 120 Minutes

The datacenter has scheduled network upgrades to help improve performance. They have scheduled this work to be done during the following maintenance window:

Start: Wednesday, September 5, 2012 12:01AM SGT
End: Wednesday, September 5, 2012 4:01AM SGT

During this maintenance period, you may experience up to 15 minutes of downtime affecting all services (web, email, FTP, MySQL) while the work is completed.
