Customer Advisory -There is a recent Microsoft Office update, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2412171 that has been linked to causing multiple Autodiscover prompts. This impacts customers using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010. Microsoft since has pulled the update from the website to prevent further downloads. Customers who have already downloaded this update will need to click “allow” to connect to their exchange server.
