We have completed the testing the new Ticketing Email System and is ready to launch.
From 19/06/2013 onward, emails sent to our Ticketing Email System will be logged into the System.
All ticket will be given a Ticket ID for customer to refer to.
Customer is encouraged to refer to the Ticket ID when emailing for support.
Please refrain from sending multiple email regarding the same support request as this will slow down the time to get back to you.
