Some customers may be unable to connect to their mailbox via Outlook on west.exch021 or west.exch025. Please note that users should still be able to access their mailbox through the direct OWA login URL.
Business Impact:
Customers hosted on west.exch021.serverdata.net or west.exch025.serverdata.net may be unable to connect to their mailbox via Outlook. Customers should still be able to access their mailbox through the direct OWA login URL
Technical Details:
